Terms of Service

SLO Farmers Co-op and its producers take great pride in their products. If there is ever a time that you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know-- we'll either replace that item or credit your account.

Please note that our farmers strive to grow vegetables that are as beautiful as they are nutritious. However, due to the nature of organic growing and weather conditions, they may not always be perfect.

Our primary form of communication is the weekly newsletter. Please read this as it provides important information about that weeks products as well as any announcements pertaining to this service.

Some circumstances are beyond the control of our farmers. In the event of a crop failure due to weather or pests, we may replace some items in your CSA share with other items that are ready for harvest at that time.

You will be responsible for communicating with us any holds or cancellations. If you are signed up to pickup your share at a pickup site but you don't show up, your share for that week will be donated to a food pantry or neighborhood family.
